Hall Bailey, a native of Grenada, Mississippi, earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Mississippi. He has over 35 years of litigation experience in the areas of commercial law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, products liability, insurance/bad faith claims and estate matters. In addition to his trial and appellate work, Hall is experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediations, arbitrations and judicial settlement conferences.
Hall has been listed in “Best Lawyers in America” every year since 2007 in the fields of Personal Injury Litigation- Defense and Workers’ Compensation Law- Employers and Insurance Law. He has also been named a Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2009 in the fields of Insurance Coverage and Business Litigation. Hall maintains an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has also been selected as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
Hall has held several positions in Mississippi’s legal community throughout his career, which include President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar, President of the Jackson Young Lawyers, two terms as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Mississippi Bar, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Hinds County Bar Association. Hall previously received the Exceptional Service Award by the Mississippi Pro Bono Project and has participated in the Leadership Jackson program. He is a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar.
