On September 17, 2025, Wells Marble member, Kevin A. Rogers, along with Don O. Rogers, III, of Meridian, MS, after a three-day jury trial in Lee County Circuit Court, successfully obtained a jury verdict in favor of Tommy Brooks Oil Company, Inc., in the amount of $984,078.02 on a claim under an open account against Wilburn Oil Company, Inc., and in the amount of $250,000 on a claim against Jerry Wilburn under two commercial guaranties. The jury awarded Tommy Brooks Oil Company, Inc., the entire amount of the claims being sought in the lawsuit.
