Wells Marble is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew D. “Andy” Frame as its newest associate. Andy comes to our firm with many years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate, nonprofit governance, regulatory compliance, agricultural issues, and small business matters. Prior to joining Wells Marble, Andy worked with Revitalize Mississippi, as well as working with another firm focusing on transactional real estate and representing clients nationwide in timberland and commercial transactions from contract to closing. Additionally, he supported nonprofit organizations with corporate governance and government relations, broadening his legal expertise and impact. At wells Marble, Andy will focus his practice on wills, trusts and estates, taxation, and business entities.
