Our firm is pleased to announce the recent addition of Meta S. Copeland. A native of Leland, Mississippi, she earned her undergraduate degree from Ogelthorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, and her law degree from the Mississippi College School of Law. Since beginning practice in 1998, Meta has developed extensive experience in the areas of insurance defense and coverage issues, personal injury defense, products liability defense, general civil litigation, and appellate issues. In addition to private practice, Meta was also a faculty member at Mississippi College School. Meta has served in a number of leadership positions with state and local bar associations throughout her legal career. She was also named a top ten finalist for the 2012 Mississippi Business Journal’s Leadership in Law.
