Stuart Robinson obtained a dismissal of all claims in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Jackson Division, for his client, the Mississippi State Department of Health, in an action by the Plaintiff alleging denial of his First Amendment right to free speech and asserting a state law claim for tortious interference with employment and contractual relations. Plaintiff had sought both compensatory and punitive damages totaling $500,000, plus attorneys’ fees and interest.
