Kelly Simpkins was one of the featured speakers at the 2011 International Claims Association annual conference, held in Las Vegas, NV, October 2-4. Simpkins spoke to the conference attendees on the topic of Suicide. The presentation addressed the essentials for a proper and thorough claim investigation, the law regarding suicide provisions and evidentiary issues arising out of use of the suicide defense at trial.
