Attorney Thomas M. Louis Obtains Summary Judgments In Two Cases

Attorney Thomas M. Louis recently obtained Summary Judgment on behalf of his client when the plaintiff failed to identify (with specificity) the alleged unreasonably dangerous conditions and, therefore, could not prove that it existed for such period of time that the company should have known about it.

He also obtained summary judgment for another client in the Circuit Court of Warren County, Mississippi.  Summary judgment was granted because the Plaintiff failed to produce evidence sufficient to support his premises-liability claims and because the evidence he produced was based upon speculation, conjecture, and inadmissible hearsay.
