Our attorneys have over 40 years plus of trial and appellate experience.  We represent all types of self-insured employers and workers’ compensation carriers in multiple industries including hospitals, commercial, businesses, restaurants, educational institutes, trucking companies, nursing homes, convenience stores, factories, and municipalities. We also serve as advisors to our clients on issues arising with administering their workers’ compensation programs.

At Wells Marble, our attorneys successfully handle claims before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission. This includes appearances before judges at evidentiary hearings, as well as continued representation during the appeals process, if necessary.

In addition to developing close working relationships with the Commission staff, our lawyers also partner with our clients to advise and guide them through all stages of the workers’ compensation administrative proceedings. These relationships are key in effectively and efficiently handling workers’ compensation defense matters for our clients.

As a result of their expertise in this field and their reputation for the ethical practice of law, two of our members have been selected to serve on the panel of mediators approved by the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Mississippi Bar.
