Will Russell is an associate with the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of wills, trusts, and estates, including planning, administration, and litigation. He also handles matters in the areas of taxation and closely-held businesses. Prior to joining Wells Marble, Will practiced in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
A native of Lexington, Mississippi, Will graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and President of Phi Delta Phi. Additionally, Will received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.
